I’m David Carter. I am an qualified and registered Mindset Coach and Psychotherapeutic Counsellor with over 20 years of supporting people through personal change. My coaching practice is rooted in psychological insight, practical tools, and a straightforward goal: to help individuals overcome the fear, anxiety and limiting beliefs that prevent them from living with clarity, confidence, and purpose.
